摘要
从硬件建设和软件管理两个方面深刻剖析实验室安全环保事故的根本原因,提出了做好高校实验室安全环保管理工作的几点思考和建议,包括加强组织领导、完善管理体系,加强制度建设、建立支撑体系,加强安全教育、提高师生安防能力,加强工作落实、促进管理成效,并强调了做好各项实验室安全工作的重要意义。
The fundamental causes for university laboratory safety accidents are analyzed deeply from the point of view of hardware construction and software management. Several reflections and suggestions are proposed to increase the efficiency of management in university laboratory safety and environmental protection, such as emphasizing organization system, institution perfection, safety training and work implementation. The significance of doing well in all the work on laboratory safety and environmental protection in colleges and universities is stressed.
