摘要
针对某长头卡车存在车门下饰板、脚踏板过热以及示廓灯烤焦等问题,基于流体力学和传热学相关理论,运用计算流体动力学(CFD)分析及实验测试相结合的方法,通过流场、温度场特性分析得出排气系统后处理器产生的热辐射和对流换热是主要原因.根据相关理论提出增加导风板、排热风扇,安装隔热垫等多个优化方案,并进行CFD分析和实验验证.结果显示:采用半包围的后处理器隔热垫的热处理效果最佳,下饰板和示廓灯测点温度分别下降到54.1℃和57.5℃,有效解决了后处理器引起的过热问题.
Aiming to solve the overheating problems of door underpanel,pedal and indicator lamp scorching in a certain long-headed truck,based on the related theories of fluid dynamics and heat transfer,the method of combining analysis of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) with experimental test is proposed.Through the analysis of the characteristics of flow field and temperature field,it is concluded that the thermal radiation and convective heat transfer produced by the post-processor of the exhaust system are the main reasons to these problem.Therefore,several optimization schemes analyzed by CFD and verified by experiment are put forward,such as adding wind guide plate,adding exhaust fan,installing heat insulation pad,and so on.The results show that the heat treatment effect of the semi-enclosed heat insulation pad of the rear processor is the best of all,and the temperature of the lower ornament plate and the measuring point of the outline lamp are reduced to 54.1 ℃ and 57.5 ℃,respectively,which effectively solves the problem of overheating caused by the rear processor.
