摘要
为解决某车型在怠速及低速时空调制冷能力不足的问题,应用三维流体分析软件对其机舱流场进行了模拟计算。计算结果发现空调冷凝器周围存在着比较严重的回流问题,对冷凝器结构在其宽度和高度方向进行加大,同时在其周围增加导流护板,并用同样的方法做了流场分析,使回流问题得到了解决。经改进样件装车测试,冷凝器满足使用要求,同时验证了计算方法的可行性。该方法为以后解决同类问题提供了参考借鉴。
To solve the problem that the cooling capacity of air conditioner in a model vehicle is insufficient under the conditions of low speed or idle, the air flow analysis about its under-hood was carried out with CFD software. The serious problem around condenser has been found based on the simulation, i.e. backflow. Enlarging the size of condenser from the width and height, adding the baffle plate around the profile was carried out. At the same time the air flow field analysis was completed in similar way. As result, the backflow disappeared. After the modification, the prototype condenser is installed in a model vehicle to test its performance, the results show that the condenser meets the requirements, and the feasibility of the computational method is validated. This method will provide some references for similar problems.
