摘要
某直流无刷电机在实际应用中噪音过大且存在异音。分别在带轴流风叶和不带轴流风叶情况下,对电机的驱动风机进行噪音频谱特性测试和振动加速度阶次跟踪测试,发现噪音源于轴承室处900r/min转速时370Hz频率下的共振模态。根据ANSYSMechanical结构模态分析结果,提出降噪优化策略:将后机壳壁厚由1.8mm增加至2.3mm,将轴流风叶材料由聚丙烯替换为聚甲醛。进行频谱特性测试验证,表明整机噪音声压级由29.6 dB降低至24.41 dB,且异音消除。
A brushless DC motor has too big noise and abnormal sound in its practical applications.The frequency spectrum characteristics and vibration acceleration order tracking tests of its driving fan with and without axial flow blades are carried out respectively.It is found that the noise is originated from the resonance mode at the frequency of 370 Hz and the rotational speed of 900 r/min in the bearing chamber.According to the results of structural modal analysis from ANSYS Mechanical,optimization strategies including increasing the wall thickness of rear casing from 1.8 mm to 2.3 mm and substituting the material of axial flow blade from polypropylene to polyformaldehyde are put forward.The spectrum characteristics test is carried out,showing that the acoustic pressure level of the whole motor is reduced from 29.6 dB to 24.41 dB,and the abnormal sound is eliminated.
