摘要
高速电机的电磁振动一直是困扰设计和工艺人员的难题,针对某型号电机的二倍频振动,根据电磁振动理论进行理论分析,并用Ansys有限元软件对其进行模态分析,分析结果与试验结果较为吻合。根据分析结果对该电机进行处理,成功解决了此例高速电机的电磁振动问题。
The electromagnetic vibration of high-speed motor is always the problem to be solved by design and technology personnel. The double frequency vibration of a motor is ana- lyzed according to electromagnetic vibration theory, and model analysis the motor is carried out by ANSYS finite element software. It is found that the results of them are identical. Finally, the electromagnetic vibration problems of the high-speed motor are successfully solved according to analytical result.
