摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素钙联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗早期脑梗死的疗效。方法 120例早期脑梗死患者,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与实验组,各60例。对照组施以低分子肝素钙治疗,实验组施以低分子肝素钙联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗。观察两组患者的凝血功能指标[凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)]及治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗后,实验组患者的PT、TT、APTT分别为(11.62±0.49)、(14.23±1.67)、(22.87±5.06)s,均优于对照组的(9.63±0.24)、(10.68±1.23)、(17.52±4.52)s,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的神经功能缺损评分为(14.22±5.17)分,明显低于对照组的(19.25±6.39)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗早期脑梗死具有显著疗效,不仅能够降低神经功能缺损评分,并且能够有效的提升凝血功能,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with cinepazide maleate on early cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with early cerebral infarction were divided by random number table method into control group and experimental group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium, and the experimental group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with cinepazide maleate. Observation were made on coagulation function index [prothrombin time(PT), thrombin time(TT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)] and neurological deficit score before and after treatment between the two groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group had better PT, TT and APTT respectively as(11.62±0.49),(14.23±1.67) and(22.87±5.06) s than(9.63±0.24),(10.68±1.23) and(17.52±4.52) s in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in neurological deficit score(P>0.05). After treatment, the experimental group had obviously lower neurological deficit score as(14.22±5.17) points than(19.25±6.39) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with cinepazide maleate has a significant effect in the treatment of early cerebral infarction. It not only can reduce the neurological deficit score, but also can effectively improve the coagulation function. This method has a high clinical promotion value.
