摘要
目的探讨性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的护理效果。方法方便选取2015年3月—2017年3月经该院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的322例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各131例,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上另实施有针对性的护理干预措施,将两组患者的并发症发生率、护理效果及患者满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者护理满意度为96.18%,明显高于对照组的81.68%,观察组并发症发生率为0.76%明显低于对照组的9.16%,且护理效果明显优于对照组(χ~2=2.06,P<0.05)。结论给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的患者有针对性的护理模式能有效缓解患者疼痛度和焦虑情绪,从而提高护理满意度和生活质量,在一定程度上控制并发症发生,值得临床借鉴并加以推广。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with cholecystitis.Methods A total of 322 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from March 2015 to March 2017 were convenient randomly divided into observation group and control group. 131 patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures. The patients in the observation group were also given targeted nursing interventions based on routine care,comparing the complication rate, nursing effect and patient satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.18%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.68%).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 0.76%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(9.16%), and the nursing effect was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^2=2.06, P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing mode after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively alleviate patients’ pain and anxiety, thereby improving nursing satisfaction and quality of life, and controlling complications to a certain extent. It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
