摘要
目的探讨急性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术后护理措施及效果。方法按照随机数字表法,将74例实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者分为研究组(综合护理)与对照组(常规护理)。对比两组护理效果。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性胆囊炎患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术后实施综合护理的效果显著。
Objective To investigate the nursing measures and effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis.MethodsAccording to the random number table method,74 cases of acute cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into study group （comprehensive nursing）and control group（routine nursing）. Compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results The operation time, blood loss,exhaust time and hospital stay in the study group were less than those in the control group （P〈0.05）,and the difference was significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute cholecystitis.
