摘要
目的:对他克莫司近年来在器官移植、皮肤病和自身免疫性疾病上的应用进展加以综述。方法:回顾国内外相关文献,进行分析总结。结果:在器官移植中,他克莫司具有急性排斥反应发生率低、不良反应少等优点,研究表明,他克莫司在治疗皮肤病和自身免疫性疾病方面也取得较好的疗效。结论:他克莫司因其众多优点和作用广泛逐渐成为器官移植和自身免疫性疾病治疗的首选药物。
Objective:To review the progress of tacrolimus in organ transplantation,skin diseases and autoimmune diseases in recent years.Methods:Review relevant literature at home and abroad for analysis and summary.Results:in organ transplantation,tacrolimus has the advantages of low incidence of acute rejection and less adverse reactions,and the study shows that tacrolimus is also effective in the treatment of dermatosis and autoimmune diseases.Conclusion:tacrolimus has become the first choice for organ transplantation and autoimmune diseases because of its many advantages and wide range of functions.
