摘要
目的:探究雷贝拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶治疗消化性溃疡患者的疗效及对TGF-α和Gas水平的影响。方法:选取河南大学第一附属医院消化内科2017年1月至2018年10月期间收治的135例消化性溃疡患者作为观察对象,通过随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=67)与研究组(n=68),对照组患者单纯予以雷贝拉唑进行治疗,研究组则在对照组的治疗基础上联合使用磷酸铝凝胶进行治疗。对比两组患者经治疗后的治疗总有效率、溃疡面积、血清转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)、胃泌素(Gas)水平以及不良反应。结果:经治疗后,研究组的溃疡面积为(0.32±0.07)cm,显著小于对照组的(0.64±0.10)cm(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率为92.65%,明显高于对照组的80.60%(P<0.05);研究组的Gas与TGF-α水平分别为(84.67±5.49)pg/mL、(6.37±0.73)pg/mL,对照组为(67.48±5.63)pg/mL、(8.59±0.65)pg/mL,研究组的Gas与TGF-α水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组的不良反应率为14.93%,明显高于研究组的4.41%(P<0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶可显著改善消化性溃疡患者的TGF-α及Gas水平,进而有效减少患者的临床症状,促进患者恢复,同时还可降低不良反应发生率,因此该治疗方法具备临床推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of rabeprazole combined with aluminum phosphate gel in the treatment of digestive ulcer and its effect on the levels of TGF-α and Gas. Methods: 135 patients with peptic ulcer admitted from January 2017 to October 2018 in the Department of Digestive Medicine, the first affiliated Hospital of Henan University, were selected as observation objects. The patients in the control group were treated with rabeprazole alone, and the patients in the study group were treated with aluminophosphate gel on the basis of the treatment in the control group. After the treatment of the total Efficiency, ulcer area, serum transforming growth factor α(TGF-α), gastrin (Gas) levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results: After treatment, the area of ulcer in the study group (0.32±0.07) was significantly lower than that in the control group (0.64±0.10) cm (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.65, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80.60%), and the levels of Gas and TGF-α in the study group were (84.67±5.49) pg/mL, and (6.37±0.73) pg/mL, respectively. The levels of Gas and TGF-α in the study group (67.48±5.63) pg/mL,(8.59±0.65) pg/mL, were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 14.93%, which was significantly higher than that of the study group (4.41%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Rabeprazole combined with aluminophosphate gel can significantly improve the levels of TGF-α and Gas in patients with peptic ulcer, thereby effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, promote the recovery of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Therefore, the treatment has clinical promotion value.
