摘要
目的:探究将克拉霉素应用于细菌生物膜表达阳性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者术后感染控制中的效果,评价临床应用意义。方法:回顾性分析我院中2015年9月至2018年9月间收入的所有慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者一般资料,选择94例患者开展研究,均分两组并在每组中录入47例患者。所有患者采用内镜下鼻窦手术进行治疗,实验组患者则在此基础上加用口服克拉霉素进行治疗,对比两组患者的术后感染发生率,评价患者的VAS评分。结果:实验结果显示,实验组患者的VAS评分为(8.2±0.9)分,而对照组患者的VAS评分为(7.1±0.5)分;同时实验组患者的感染事件发生率为1(2.13%)例,而对照组患者的感染事件发生率为8(17.02%)例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗总有效率记录为1(2.13%)例,而对照组患者的感染事件发生率为8(17.02%)例,各数据经对比分析未见明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对细菌生物膜表达阳性慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者采用手术治疗后,应用小剂量克拉霉素口服治疗,具有积极的治疗意义,值得推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of clarithromycin on postoperative infection control of chronic rhinosinusitis patients with positive bacterial biofilm expression, and to evaluate the clinical application significance of clarithromycin in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods: The general data of all patients with chronic rhinosinusitis from September 2015 to September 2018 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. 94 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were selected and divided into two groups and 47 patients were recorded in each group. All the patients were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with oral clarithromycin on this basis. The incidence of postoperative infection was compared between the two groups, and the VAS scores of the patients were evaluated. Result: The results showed that the VAS score of the experimental group was(8.2±0.9), and the VAS score of the control group was(7.1±0.5);At the same time, the incidence of infection events was 1 (2.13%) in the experimental group and 8 (17.02%) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment was 1 (2.13%) in the experimental group and 8 (17.02%) in the control group. There was no significant difference between the data and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: After surgical treatment for chronic rhinosinusitis patients with positive bacterial biofilm expression, oral treatment with low dose clarithromycin has positive therapeutic effects and is worth popularizing.
