摘要
目的探讨四维度自我效能驱动护理对宫颈癌化疗患者的影响效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月我院收治的78例宫颈癌化疗患者作为研究对象,随机等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施四维度自我效能驱动护理,比较两组患者自我效能评分和应用方式评分情况。结果研究组自我效能中自我决策、正性态度、自我减压、情绪控制、寻找解决方法 5个维度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组理性思维、寻求帮助、解决问题的积极应对方式评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组退缩、自责、幻想的消极应对方式评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论四维度自我效能驱动护理可改善患者认知行为消极应对方式,激发患者自我主动寻找解决问题和保持乐观心态的积极应对方式。
Objective To investigate the effect of four-dimensional self-efficacy-driven nursing on patients with chemotherapy treatment for cervical cancer. Methods To compare scores of self-efficacy and application patterns between two groups of patients,research subjects consisting of 78 patients with chemotherapy treatment for cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group received routine nursing while the research group had four-dimensional self-efficacy-driven nursing. Results The 5 dimensional scores of self-decision, positive attitude, self-decompression, emotional control and seeking for solutions in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Scores on rational thinking, asking for help and positive manners to cope with problems in the study group were also higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Scores on negative coping manners of retreat, self-blame, and fantasy in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Four-dimensional self-efficacy-driven nursing can improve the condition of the negative coping manners in patients and encourage them to actively seek solutions and maintain an optimistic attitude.
