摘要
目的探索一种适应现代护理管理观的护理管理手段,以提高护理工作的效率和效果。方法领悟海尔集团的OEC管理模式的内涵实质,通过明确护理工作目标的责任体系,细化护理工作的日清体系,即合理护理工作流程、量化护理工作项目、实行护患沟通责任制及患者认证制、设立科内信息提示本,以及有效落实护理工作的激励机制等,形成了一套OEC护理管理方法。结果每月院内质控组检查的结果:Ⅰ级护理合格率等6项指标达到98%以上,患者经常口头或书面表扬护士,社会影响力大大提高。结论 OEC管理模式是践行现代护理管理观、提升护理工作效率和效果的有效手段。
Objective To explore an effective nursing management model which adapt to the modern nursing management view,and improve the efficiency and efficacy of nursing service. Methods Based on the connotation of Haier Group's OEC management pattern,the OEC nursing management system was formulated through definitude of nursing service goal responsibility system,detailing of daily nursing service system such as modifying nursing service procedure,quantifying nursing items,imple-menting responsibility system and patient approval system of nurse-patient communication,and designing reminding information notebook,as well as implementation of encourage system. Results The monthly quality assessed by the hospital quality control team showed that the qualified rates of level-I nursing,first aid equipments and materials,technical operations,nursing documentation,disinfection and isolation,basic nursing were over 98%. The frequency of oral praise by patients increased and the social influence was enhanced. Conclusion The OEC management pattern is an effective means to put the concept of modern nursing management into practice effectively and enhance the efficiency and efficacy of nursing care.
