摘要
目的探讨基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预对经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月我院我科收治的经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者72例为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和研究组。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于快速康复外科理念的护理。比较两组患者接受不同护理干预后的疼痛情况、并发症发生率及预后效果。结果研究组患者术后3 d的NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者出院前并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者出院前预后效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出期间应用基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预,可有效缓解患者疼痛状况,降低并发症发生率,促进临床治疗效果,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy. Methods To select 72 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy surgery in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and study group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was implemented by nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. The pain, complication rate and prognosis of the two groups were compared after receiving different nursing interventions. Results The NRS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 3 days after the surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group before discharge was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prognosis of the study group before discharge was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying nursing based on concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery during the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy can alleviate the patient's pain effectively, and reduce the incidence of complications. Meanwhile, it can promote clinical treatment and has clinical value.
