摘要
目的:探讨家属参与护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后康复及生活质量的影响。方法:将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机等分为观察组及对照组,对照组给予常规性护理,观察组应用家属参与护理干预,干预时间为6个月,比较两组患者术后康复效果及干预前后生活质量的变化。结果:观察组患者健康知识知晓率、治疗依从率、满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后1,3,6个月时腰椎功能障碍指数评分(ODI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。生活质量(QOL-BREF)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家属参与护理干预能有效提高腰椎间盘突出症患者疾病知识及治疗依从性,降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者治疗效果,进而改善患者生活质量。
Objective： To discuss the influence of family＇s participation in nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation effect and life quality of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Selected 120 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were equally divided into observation group and control group at random,in which,routine nursing was offered to the control group,and family＇s participation in nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group,with the intervention time of 6 months,and then the two groups of patients were compared in postoperative rehabilitation effect and life quality changes before and after the intervention. Results： The observation group was higher than the control group in patient＇s understanding to health knowledge,therapy compliance rate,and satisfaction rate（ P〈0. 05）,and lower than the control group in complication occurrence rate（ P〈0. 05）; after the intervention,the observation group was lower than the control group in lumbar vertebra function oswestry disubility inder（ ODI） scoring in the first,third and sixth months（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group had a higher scoring of life quality（ QOL- BREF） than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Through the family＇s participation in nursing intervention,it was able to effectively improve the disease- related knowledge and treatment compliance of the patients with lumbar disc herniation,and reduce their compliance occurrence rate,improve their therapeutic effect,so as to improve their life quality.
