摘要
为西南红山茶野生种质资源的保护、引种及优良品种的选育提供科学参考依据。对贵州省西南红山茶9个野生居群36个单株花的15个表型性状进行多样性分析。结果表明:西南红山茶花表型性状的变异系数为0~51.88%,其中花色的变异系数最大,萼片色、子房绒毛和花朵香味最稳定;居群变异系数为5.89%~24.87%,红山茶花表型多样性程度P3居群较低,P1居群较丰富;花色多样,以水红为主(占50%);经度、纬度和海拔与多数花表型性状间呈极显著负相关;36个单株并没有依据居群划分进行聚类,不同居群的单株分散在各大类中不存在区域特异性,P8和P9居群单株在欧氏距离25处与其他单株不同类。西南红山茶多处于野生状态,资源丰富、天然杂交的自然变异形成了多种变异类型,广泛的变异和丰富的遗传基础为西南红山茶的遗传改良提供了丰富的材料。
In order to provide scientific basis and reference for the protection,introduction and breeding of wild germplasm resources of Camellia pitardii,15 phenotypic traits of 36 C.pitardii plants from nine wild populations were analyzed in Guizhou.Results:The variation coefficient of phenotypic traits of C.pitardii was 0-51.88%,among which the variation coefficient of flower color was the largest,sepals color,ovary villi and flower fragrance were the most stable.The population variation coefficient was 5.89%-24.87%.The phenotypic diversity of C.pitardii was lower in P3 population and higher in P1 population.There were various colors and colors was mainly in red(50%).Longitude,latitude and altitude were negatively correlated with most phenotypic traits significantly.The 36 individual plant were not clustered according to the population division.The individual plant of different populations were dispersed in various categories without regional specificity,and the individual plant of P8 and P9 populations were different from other individual plant at the Euclidean distance of 25.C.pitardi was mostly in the wild state,and the natural variation of natural hybridization with abundant resources had formed a variety of variation types.The extensive variation and rich genetic basis had provided abundant materials for the genetic improvement of C.pitardii.
