摘要
深圳市大鹏新区坝光片区是深圳市海绵城市建设的24个重点区域之一,但该片区防洪达标率不高,供排水设施不完善,海绵城市建设规划显得举足轻重。该文阐述了坝光片区海绵城市建设规划目标和措施。片区年径流总量控制率目标为75%,生态用地和建设用地控制率分别为83%和70%。具体措施包括:建设3处生态湿地公园,2处滨海公园,4处山水景观休闲公园,以构建海绵城市基座;建设3座污水泵站削减点源污染;实现雨污完全分流控制面源污染;新建或拓宽排水干沟、明渠、暗渠等行涝通道,以确保水安全;利用蓄水池、雨水罐、湿地、水库等方式形成多样化的水资源利用。以上措施以期为国内同类海绵城市建设提供理论和实践借鉴。
Due to low flood control rate and imperfect water supply and drainage facilities for Baguang District of Dapeng New District,the planning of sponge city construction is imminently needed for this district,which is one of the 24 key areas of sponge city construction in Shenzhen City.Objectives and measures for the construction planning of sponge city in Baguang District are introduced in the present article.The control rate for total annual runoff control,non-development construction land and construction land is 75%,83%and 70%,respectively.Specifically,three ecological wetland parks,two coastal parks,and four landscape leisure parks are to be built as sponge city base.Also,three sewage pumping stations are planned to reduce point source pollution,and complete separation of rain from sewage is planned to control non-point source pollution.Additionallly,construction or expansion of waterlogging channels including drainage trunk ditches,open canals and underground canals are to be conducted to ensure water safety.And,various water ponds,rainwater tanks,wetlands and reservoirs are planned to form a complex water resources utilization system.The results of the present research are expected to provide a theoretical and practical reference for the construction of other similar sponge cities in China.
