摘要
水面率是保障社会经济可持续发展的一个重要参数,它的合理性与否,影响到人水和谐相处,影响社会经济、生态等综合功能的正常发挥。在意识到水面率的重要性前提下,本文分析了国内外对相关课题研究进展,确定研究目标及内容,首次提出研究合理水面率的研究方法和模型框架,为生态经济社会的可持续发展规划提供科学的依据。
Ratio of water surface is an important parameter for social economy sustainable development.It is related to human and water s harmonious relations, economic society and ecological integration function.Basing on introducing research courses,the paper confirms researched objects and contents,and provides a method and multi-object multi-levels fuzzy evaluation model frame for economic society sustainable development layouts.
