Interpretation of the recommendations related to the first stage of labor of WHO——Intrapartum Management to Improve Labor Experience(2018)

摘要 世界卫生组织(WHO)—直致力于健康孕妇及新生儿的护理技术指导。决定女性对分娩体验满意程度的4个重要因素是:个人期望、支持鼓励程度、医患关系的质量和决策制定中的患者参与。2018年WHO发布了“产时管理改进分娩体验”的指南推荐。无论社会经济背景如何,在分娩过程中应该向所有孕妇及其胎儿提供这些建议。这些建议措施不仅是安全的,而且对孕妇获得积极分娩体验至关重要。同时通过减少在分娩过程中不必要的干预措施,节约了分娩成本。
