摘要
项目化教学方法是指师生围绕特定项目展开的教学活动,可以提升学生的学习能力和实践能力.以薪酬管理课程为例,介绍了项目化教学的流程和项目任务的设计方法,提出了考核评价的具体方法.
The project-based teaching method refers to the teaching activities of teachers and students around specific projects.This method can improve students’learning and practical ability.This article focuses on the Compensation Management course as an example,introduces the process of project-based teaching and the design method of project tasks,and puts forward the specific method of appraisal evaluation.
