摘要
薪酬管理课程是人力资源管理专业的一门专业主干课程,文章结合课程的教学实践,提出在追求教学模式改革创新的过程中应从优化教学内容、增强专业课程的实践性、改革教学方法等3个方面来构建开放性的教学模式,以达到提高教学质量的目的。
The course of salary management is one of the professional courses in human resources management, the article combining of course teaching practice comments that optimizing teaching, enhancing the practice of professional course and reforming the teaching methods are the best way to build a new teaching method, so as to achieve the objective of improving the quality of teaching.
