摘要
目的通过对精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者实施不同护理方案,观察其临床效果,探究不同护理方案的特点。方法从来该院诊治的2016年1月—2018年9月的精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者中随机抽取74例,对照组37例:实施常规护理,观察组37例:常规护理+护理干预。比较两组的患者健康评分和总满意度。结果观察组总体健康评分为(82.88±8.51)分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FBG水平干预后为(5.76±1.32)mmol/L低于干预前和同时期对照组(P<0.05);观察组2 hPG水平干预后为(8.32±2.53)mmol/L低于干预前和同时期对照组(P<0.05)。结论该研究护理干预可以有效提高患者的生活质量,降低患者血糖水平,是一项值得推广应用的护理方案。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of different nursing programs in patients with schizophrenia and diabetes, and to explore the characteristics of different nursing programs. Methods 74 patients with schizophrenia and diabetes mellitus from January 2016 to September 2018 were randomly selected from our hospital. 37 patients in the control group:routine nursing, 37 patients in the observation group: routine nursing + nursing intervention. Patient health scores and total satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The overall health score of the observation group was(82.88±8.51)points, which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The FBG level of the observation group was(5.76±1.32)mmol/L after intervention, and the control group was lower than the control group before and after the intervention(P<0.05). After the intervention, the ratio of 2 hPG in the observation group was(8.32±2.53)mmol/L, lower than that before the intervention in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention in this study can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the blood glucose level of patients. It is a nursing program worthy of popularization and application.
