摘要
目的探讨血管内超声指导下介入治疗糖尿病合并冠脉左主干病变的效果。方法选取该科2017年4月—2018年4月收治的糖尿病合并冠脉左主干病变患者54例,随机分为两组各27例,观察组采用IVUS指导PCI治疗,对照组采用CAG指导PCI治疗。结果观察组FPG、2 hPG显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心脏不良事件发生率为7.4%,显著低于对照组33.3%(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并冠脉左主干病变患者行IVUS指导下介入治疗,有助于提高手术效果,减少术后心脏不良事件。
Objective To investigate the effect of interventional treatment of diabetic patients with left main coronary artery disease under the guidance of intravascular ultrasound. Methods A total of 54 patients with diabetes mellitus and left main coronary artery disease admitted from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: 27 patients each.The observation group was treated with IVUS for PCI, and the control group was treated with CAG for PCI. Results The FPG and 2 hPG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of cardiac adverse events in the observation group was 7.4%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.3%)(P<0.05). Conclusion IVUS-guided interventional therapy for patients with diabetes mellitus and left main coronary artery disease can improve the surgical outcome and reduce postoperative cardiac adverse events.
