摘要
目的了解门诊抗菌药物使用情况,促进合理用药。方法回顾性调查医院2018年3—9月门诊抗菌药物处方3 221张,分析抗菌药物使用情况。结果 3 221张抗菌药物处方中,头孢菌素类抗菌药物的处方最多,为1 268张,占39.37%;抗菌药物使用合理的处方3 023张,合理率为93.85%;198张处方抗菌药物使用不合理,主要表现为适应证不适宜、遴选抗菌药物不适宜、用法用量不适宜、联合用药不适宜和重复给药。结论该院门诊抗菌药物的使用有待进一步规范。
Objective To understand the use of antibiotics in outpatient clinics and promote rational drug use. Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted on 3221 samples of antibiotics in outpatient clinics from March to September2018, and the use of antibiotics was analyzed. Results Among the 3 221 antibiotic prescriptions, the cephalosporin antibiotics were the most prescribed, 1 268, accounting for 39.37%;the antibacterial drugs used a reasonable prescription of 3 023, the reasonable rate was 93.85%;198 prescription antibiotics were unreasonable, mainly manifested as inappropriate indications,inappropriate selection of antibacterial drugs, inappropriate use and dosage, unsuitable combination and repeated administration. Conclusion The use of antibiotics in outpatient clinics in our hospital needs further regulation.
