摘要
目的:了解甘肃省天水地区民营医院用药规范性,提高医院合理用药水平。方法:随机抽取15家民营医院2009年4-12月部分住院病历,以《处方管理办法》、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》为依据,分析不规范用药情况。结果:共抽查病历450份,其中不规范用药病历196份(43.56%),表现为在开具的处方中药品计量模糊、对使用药物的目的及原因未进行分析、抗菌药物滥用、多种药物不当联用等。结论:民营医院不规范用药情况较为普遍,建议加大对相关人员的培训力度及加强药物使用监督管理。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the standardized drug use of private hospitals in Tianshui area of Gansu province and to promote rational use of drugs. METHODS： Some medical records were randomly collected from 15 private hospitals during Apr. 2009--Dec. 2009. Irrational use of drugs in those medical records was analyzed according to Prescription Management and Clinical Application Principle of Antibiotics. RESULTS： A total of 450 medical records were collected, and there were irrational use of drugs in 196 medical records （43.56%）. Main performances of irrational drug use were unclear measurement of drugs, not analyz- ing the purpose and cause of application, antibiotics abuse and irrational multiple drugs combination, etc. CONCLUSION： Irrational use of drugs is common in private hospital. It is suggested to strengthen staff training and drug monitoring.
