摘要
儿童医院感染性疾病科作为市里及医院的重点科室,需要为众多感染性疾病患儿提供优质及有效服务,这使该科医护人员在实际业务中更需注重安全防范,以彻底消除感染因素。感染科住培医生微信互动模式是形成科室带教下的微信渠道,考虑感染科制订的临床带教目标及参照住院医师规范化培训方面"三基"手册的要求,以适合的视频或者PPT课件为载体,把主要的知识点均显示于微信群内。挑选科内资深的骨干医师成立评价小组,对考核情况做出评价。将微信平台形式的互动有效的融入感染科规范化培训带教中,可使带教本身更具备灵活性,对改进带教质量有明显的益处,值得其他医院在实践中借鉴参考。
As the key department of the city and hospital, the Children’s Hospital Infectious Diseases Department needs to provide high-quality and effective services for many children with infectious diseases, which makes the medical staff need to pay more attention to safety precautions in the actual business to completely eliminate the infection factors. The WeChat interaction model of the infection department is the formation of the WeChat channel under the guidance of the department.Considering the clinical teaching objectives set by the infection department and the requirements of the "three basics" manual for the standardized training of residents, with the appropriate video or PPT courseware as the carrier, the main knowledge points are displayed in the WeChat group. The senior backbone physicians in the department were selected to set up an evaluation team to evaluate the assessment. The effective integration of the interaction in the form of WeChat platform into the standardized training of infectious diseases can make the teaching itself more flexible, and has obvious benefits for improving the quality of teaching. It is worthy of reference for other hospitals in practice.
