摘要
目的分析医学生的学习压力现状,探讨学习压力的影响因素。方法通过分层整群抽样,对武汉某高校5个年级的5个专业的1751名在校大学生进行调查。结果相对于大一学生,大二、大三、大四、大五学生学习压力更大(OR值分别为2.67、2.58、1.44和1.92);预防医学和药学专业的学生比临床医学专业的学生学习压力小(OR值分别为0.64和0.40);希望得到老师指导程度强和一般的学生较不希望得到指导的学生学习压力大(OR值分别为2.25和1.39);参加老师科研活动意愿和次数一般的学生学习压力更小(OR值分别为0.53和0.71)。结论大二、大三的学生以及临床医学专业、希望得到老师指导和感到悲观失望的学生是学习压力干预关注的重点。
Objective To analyze the learning pressure and its influencing factors among medical students. Methods 1751 students of five majors in five grades were investigated by stratified cluster sampling. A self-made questionnaire on self-perceived learning pressure was used. Results Compared to freshmen, the students in other grades had greater learning pressure ( OR values were 2. 67, 2. 58, 1.44 and 1.92). Students in Preventive Medicine and Pharmacy had lower learning pressure than clinical medicine students ( OR values were 0. 64 and 0. 40). The students who hoped to get instruction strongly and fairly had greater learning pressure ( OR values were 2. 25 and 1.39). The students who hoped to join and actively joined scientific research activities fairly had lower learning pressure ( OR values were 0. 53 and 0. 71 ). Conclusion Students who were sophomore, junior, grade five, clinical, and students who hoped to get more teachers' instructor or feel disappeared should be target population and paid more attention.
