摘要
目的探讨应用互联网+患者院外健康管理系统对出院患者自我管理技能、康复素养、对医护的满意度、再入院率等方面的影响。方法将2017年10月—2018年10月该院收治的200例慢病患者随机分为观察组(100例)和对照组(100例),观察组使用互联网+患者院外健康管理系统进行院外管理,对照组不使用。分别评估观察组和对照组患者自我管理技能、康复素养、对医护的满意度,再入院率等方面,给予评分,比较分析。结果观察组评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用互联网+患者院外健康管理系统管理患者可以减少患者复诊次数;节约现场医疗资源;收集院外患者的康复、用药情况,形成长期的健康监测大数据、提升医院的形象及服务质量;和谐医患关系。
Objective To explore the impact of Internet + patient out-of-hospital health management system on self-management skills, rehabilitation literacy, satisfaction with medical care, and readmission rate. Methods 200 patients with chronic diseases admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(100 cases) and control group(100 cases). The observation group used the Internet + patient out-of-hospital health management system for out-of-hospitalization management, the control group is not used. The self-management skills, rehabilitation literacy, satisfaction with medical care, and readmission rate were evaluated in the observation group and the control group, respectively, and scored and compared. Results The score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Using the Internet + patient out-of-hospital health management system to manage patients can reduce the number of patient visits;save on-site medical resources;collect rehabilitation and medication of patients outside the hospital, form long-term health monitoring big data, improve hospital image and service quality;harmonize the relationship between the patients and doctors.
