摘要
社区健康管理通过建立社区居民电子健康档案和全方位的健康管理服务,将社区卫生服务的目标从"治病"转变为"防病",带来了诊疗效率提高和诊疗成本降低的良好效果。然而,我国社区健康管理现有的服务模式还存在电子化数据不统一、网络不健全、居民健康管理意识不强等问题,本研究根据以上问题提出了建立基于云计算远程平台的社区健康管理服务运行新模式的建议和方法,以期为推动社区健康管理的信息化发展提供参考。
Through the establishment of an electronic health record documentation achieving system for community residents and implementation of comprehensive health services, community health management has transferred the goal of community health services from＂ treatment＂ to＂ prevention＂ . As a rest, the efficiency of disease diagnosis has been greatly increased and the cost of disease treatment has been significantly reduced. However, the current management model of community health services in China are associated with some significant problems including unification of electronic data, I＇m incomplete network, weak resident＇s consciousness of the community health care management. In this paper, we will first share our thoughts with peers on community healthcare management and then put forward some suggestion on creating a new cloud computing platform - based management model of community health services in China.
