摘要
为适应医改形势和配合医院精细化管理,医疗器械也必须实行精细化管理以控制成本,提高效益,确保安全性和可靠性。医疗器械精细化管理有制度化、专业化、信息化和系统化四个要求。本文按照这些要求,针对分解细化、资产归属、人力资源、采购、验收、培训、使用、巡检保养、质量控制、维修、保修、风险管理、经济管理、报废等十四项内容,给予实用的提示、建议和方法。
In order to adapt to the healthcare reform and cooperate with the delicacy management of hospitals, the delicacy management of medical instruments must be implemented to control costs, increase benefit, and ensure safety and reliability. The delicacy management of medical instruments has four requirements of institutionalization, specialization, informationization and systemization. To meet these requirements, this article gives practical suggestions and methods in 14 areas such as decomposition and refinement, asset ownership, human resources, procurement, training, inspection and maintenance, quality control, risk management, economic management and abandonment.
