摘要 随着全媒体时代的到来,医院的宣传工作显得越发重要,面临新的机遇和新的挑战。本文通过对奉贤区医院宣传工作现状进行专题调研,梳理分析存在的问题,提出在新形势下要通过营造"大宣传"工作氛围、提升宣传队伍综合素质、加强与新闻媒体沟通、找准切入点发挥媒体宣传合力等应对措施加强和改进医院的宣传工作,树立良好的社会形象。 With the arrival of the all-media era, hospital publicity is becoming more and more important in the face of new opportunities and challenges. Through the special investigation on the present situation of the publicity work in the hospital of Fengxian District, Shanghai, this paper combs and analyzes the existing problems, and proposes that under the new situation, we should create the working atmosphere of “great publicity”, improve the comprehensive quality of the publicity team, strengthen the communication with the media, and find the right entry point to exert joint forces of multiple media. The above-mentioned countermeasures will enhance hospital publicity and contribute to establishing good social image of hospitals.
