摘要
为不断探索创新创业教育新模式,对食品科学与工程专业课程体系建设中存在的不足进行了全面、系统的分析,提出了突出创新创业能力培养的食品科学与工程专业课程体系构建的措施及建议,以期为高校创新创业人才培养提供一定的参考。
In order to constantly explore new models of innovation entrepreneurship education,in this paper,the deficiencies in the construction of curriculum system of food science and engineering specialty were analyzed comprehensively and systematically,and the construction measures and suggestions about course system outstanding innovation and entrepreneurial ability cultivation of food science and engineering specialty were put forward. It was expected to provide some reference for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.
