摘要
乳清粉具有极高的营养价值,应用范围也非常广,论述了在蒙古族传统乳制品生产加工过程中如何利用副产物并开发乳清粉,对于增加企业经济效益、防止环境污染均具有现实的意义,也为蒙古族传统乳制品生产过程中副产物的利用及乳清粉进行深入的研究和工业化生产提供参考。
Whey powder has a very high nutritional value,the application range is very wide. This article discussed from the Mongolian traditional dairy products production and processing in the process of how to utilize the by-products and develop tries to use whey powder,to increase enterprise economic benefits and prevent pollution of the environment are of realistic significance,also with the Mongolian traditional dairy products production of byproduct in the process of using and whey powder to provide the reference for in-depth research and industrial production.
