摘要
鹿茸用于医疗保健的历史悠久、应用广泛。对鹿茸多肽的提取、氨基酸序列、活性作用和应用情况进行概述,并综述鹿茸多肽的制备方法包括溶剂提取和酶解法提取等。结果显示,鹿茸多肽具有促细胞增殖、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗疲劳等作用,在食品、化妆品、医药等行业应用前景广阔。
Deer antler has been used for health for a long time and applied widely. This review focused on the extraction,chemical composition and pharmacological effects of polypeptides from velvet antlers. The solvent extraction and enzyme hydrolysis extraction were summarized. The functions were widely reported,such as promoting cell proliferation,immune regulation,antioxidation,and fatigue resistance,and so on. And it was widely used in food,cosmetic,pharmaceutical industry.
