刈割后晾晒处理对全株油菜营养物质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 控制成本一直是牧场经营的重要环节。油菜易种植、生长快、产量高,可以作为优质的蛋白补充饲料。晾晒处理是青贮前进行水分控制的较为经济的手段。本试验研究了油菜刈割后不同时间晾晒处理对其主要营养物质成分的影响,为湖北地区饲料油菜青贮应用与生产实践提供理论支持。结果表明:春季刈割油菜经15~27℃晾晒处理,水分含量显著下降(P<0.05),并在晾晒第2日低于75%;粗蛋白含量显著下降(P<0.05)且随着晾晒时间的增加变化不明显;粗脂肪含量显著上升(P<0.05),并在第2日达到最高;粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维均出现下降趋势(P<0.05)。因此,综合认为,依湖北地区气候特点,在气温15~27℃条件下,全株油菜晾晒处理2日可满足油菜青贮水分条件并能最大限度保存油菜的营养成分。 Controlling costs has always been an important part of pasture management. Forage rape (Brassica Napus L.) has the characteristics of easy planting, fast growth and high yield, and can be used as a high quality protein supplement feed. Air-drying is a relatively economical method for moisture control before ensiling. This study investigated the effect of different air-drying time on the main nutrient components of whole plant rape after harvesting, and provided theoretical support for the application and production practice of whole plant rape ensiling for feed. The results showed that the harvested rape was air-dried at 15~27°C, the moisture content decreased significantly (P<0.05) and was less than 75% on the second day of drying. The crude protein content decreased significantly (P<0.05) and did not change significantly with the increase of drying time. Ether extract content increased significantly (P<0.05) and reached its highest at day 2. Crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber all showed a downward trend (P<0.05). Therefore, comprehensive assessment of each nutritional index, according to the climate characteristics of Hubei, under the conditions of temperature 15~27°C, whole plant rape air-drying 2 days could meet the ensiled moisture conditions and can preserve the nutrients of rape to the maximum extent.
