摘要
华南地区作为我国油菜新兴产区,凭借优越的水热条件与充足的光照资源,为作物生长提供了良好环境。饲用油菜具有生长快、产量高、营养丰富、饲用价值高及种植简便等特点。在动物生产中,饲用油菜有助于降低饲养成本、改善生长性能并提高饲料转化效率,但饲用油菜长期饲喂的适用性、对肉品质与风味的影响仍需深入探讨。通过将油菜纳入华南地区农牧产业结构与轮作体系,可在不影响粮食生产的前提下,实现一年两熟或三熟的高效种植模式,促进冬闲田利用与盐碱地改良,对推动该区域养殖业与饲草料产业向规模化、集约化发展具有重要意义。文章综述了华南地区饲用油菜的开发利用现状、饲用价值、饲料化方式及其在畜牧生产中的应用研究进展,并对其未来发展前景作出展望,为饲用油菜在华南地区畜牧生产中的规模化应用提供参考。
As an emerging rape production area in China,South China provides a favorable environment for crop growth due to its superior water and heat conditions and abundant light resources.Forage rape is characterized by rapid growth,high yield,rich nutrition,excellent feed value,and easy planting.In animal production,forage rape can help reduce feeding costs,improve growth performance,and enhance feed conversion efficiency.However,its long-term applicability and impact on meat quality and flavor still needs to be further explored.By incorporating rape into the agricultural and livestock industry structure and rotation system in South China,an efficient planting mode of two or three harvests per year can be achieved without affecting grain production.This approach promotes the utilization of winter-fallow fields and the improvement of saline-alkali lands,holding significant strategic importance for advancing the scale and intensive development of the local breeding industry and the forage feed industry.This article reviews the current status of development and utilization,feeding value,utilization methods,and applications in livestock production of forage rape in South China,while also offering prospects for its future development,in order to provide reference for the large-scale application of forage rape for livestock production in South China.
