摘要
高校的绩效考核是高校重要的组成部分,而教师对其满意度关系到教师工作的态度及行为,对教师的工作效率及积极性等造成影响。然而,部分教师对高校教师的绩效考核制度存在一定的意见,认为考核管理制度存在不公平现象。造成不公平的原因有很多,主要是包括在晋升及发展的机会上,单位薪酬制度和学校环境方面,其原因也是多方面的,因此针对高校绩效管理制度存在的问题进行分析,并提出改进措施。
The performance appraisal is an important part of colleges and universities. The satisfaction of teachers with performance appraisal will affect teachers’ attitude behavior, work efficiency and enthusiasm. However, most of the teachers have some opinions on the performance appraisal system of University teachers. They think that the appraisal management system is unfair. There are many reasons for the unfairness, mainly including in the promotion and development opportunities, the unit salary system and the school environment. The reasons for these unfairness are also many aspects. This paper will make a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the performance management system of colleges and universities, and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
