摘要
目的探讨中药直肠滴入治疗小儿高热惊厥的临床效果和安全性。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2017年8月我院收治的68例高热惊厥患儿的临床资料,采用地西泮治疗的患儿纳入对照组,采用自拟中药方直肠滴入治疗的患儿纳入观察组,各34例。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、治疗前、后中医证候积分、中医证候疗效、高热消退时间、住院时间、脑电图、心肌酶异常及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的临床治疗总有效率、中医证候治疗总有效率均高于对照组,高热消退时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的各项中医证候积分均显著降低,且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的脑电图异常、心肌酶异常发生率显著低于对照组与治疗前(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药直肠滴入治疗小儿高热惊厥的效果肯定,可有效改善临床症状,缩短恢复时间,安全性高,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of rectal drip of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of febrile convulsion in children. Methods The clinical data of 68 children with febrile convulsion admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to August 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Children who treated with diazepam were included in control group, and children who treated with rectal drip of self-made traditional Chinese medicine were included in observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment, the curative effects of TCM syndromes, the time of high fever subsidence and hospitalization, abnormal electroencephalogram and myocardial enzymes and adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment and total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the time of high fever subsidence and hospitalization were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the incidences of abnormal electroencephalogram and myocardial enzymes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Rectal drip of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with febrile convulsion has a definite effect, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms, shorten recovery time, has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
