摘要
目的观察针刺太溪穴配合耳尖放血治疗小儿高热惊厥的临床疗效。方法采用针刺太溪穴配合耳尖放血治疗26例小儿高热惊厥患者,观察治疗效果。结果 26例患者经治疗1次后,全部治愈,总有效率为100.0%。结论针刺太溪穴配合耳尖放血是一种治疗小儿高热惊厥的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at acupoint Taixi （KI 3） plus ear-apex bloodletting in treating infantile convulsion due to high fever. Method Twenty-six kids with convulsion due to high fever were treated by acupuncture at Taixi （KI 3） combined with bloodletting on ear apex. The therapeutic result was then evaluated. Result The 26 patients were all cured by one single treatment, and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The combination of acupuncture at Taixi （KI 3） and bloodletting on ear apex is an effective way in treating infantile febrile convulsion.
