摘要
针对煤矿商品煤人工及机械采样的现状,对火车快速装车时煤样的动态采集方法进行了分析研究,成功研发了国内首套智能机器人商品煤动态采样系统,详细地介绍了智能机器人采样系统的设计与应用,尤其是煤样采样臂的研制,确保了所采商品煤煤样具有代表性,减少了煤质纠纷,对于煤矿智能高效、安全生产,具有十分重要意义。
In view of the fact that nowadays sampling of commercial coal is made either manually or mechanically ,an intelligent dynamic sampling system , the first of its kind in China, is successfully developed based on analysis and study of the method for dynamic sampling of coal during rapid car loading. A detailed introduction is made in the paper to the design and application of the sampling system especially the R&D of the sampling arm , The sampling system can ensure the representativeness of the sample collected ,and reduce coal quality-related disputes, and is of great significanee for coal mine's intelligent high-efficiency and safe operation.
