摘要
针对火车采样环节中块精煤与筛末煤粒度差异较大、混和不均匀、人工采样精密度误差较大等问题,提出可用胶带自动采样机代替人工采样,同时应注意操作细节以尽可能地提高混煤的采样精密度。
According to the problems in the section of sampling on trains, such as large differences in particle size between cleaned lump coal and screened slack coal, non-uniform blending and big error in precision determination in manual sampling, the automatic belt sampling equipment was introduced to substitute for manual sampling. The operation details should be noticed so as to improve precision of blended coal sampling.
