摘要 为解决南水北调北京段PCCP断丝管发生水毁、爆管等事故,通过绳锯切管、内拉法拆管、滑动接头替换管安装等施工工艺的研究,将大型PCCP事故管快速替换为钢制管件,达到有效、快速地对事故管道进行更换,将事故影响降到最小,保证管道恢复运营的实际效果,为及时、有效地更换事故管道提供了技术支撑,也可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考的依据。 Large PCCP accident pipes are rapidly replaced with steel pipes in order to solve the accidents of PCCP pipes in South-to-North Water Diversion Project Beijing section such as waterlogging,tube breaking,etc. through wire saw tube cutting,internal dragging pipe removal,sliding joint replacement pipe installation and other construction technology research,thereby replacing the accident pipes effectively and rapidly,minimizing the accident influence,guaranteeing the restoration of operation actual effect of the pipelines,providing technical support for timely and effectively replacing accident pipes,and supplying reference and basis for similar projects.
