摘要
PCCP是钢筒型预应力混凝土压力管,也称为包纳管。是一种由内钢筒、混凝土管芯、高强度预应力钢丝和砂浆保护层等组成的复合材料管。具有可承受较高的内压和外部荷载、对地基适应性好、耐腐蚀性能好、通水能力强、管路损失小、输水成本低、使用寿命长、社会综合效益好的优势,被越来越多地用于大口径压力输水管线工程。结合南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程(北京段)PCCP管道工程施工经验,介绍了该工程优选的大型安装起吊设备性能参数,阐述了大口径PCCP管道安装工艺、操作要点和资源配置。
PCCP is a steel cylindrical prestressed concrete pipe, also called ＂armored pipe＂. This kind of composite material pipe is composed of internal steel tube, concrete die, high strength prestressed wire and mortar protection coat, and has the advantages of bearing high internal and external loads, good adaptability to foundation, well anti-corrosion, high flow capacity, little pipe loss, low water delivery cost, long service life and multiple good social benefits. More and more PCCPs are widely applied in large diameter pressure pipeline works. Based on the experience in construction of PCCPs for the emergency water supply works on the Shijiazhuang-Beijing segment of the middle-route of the south-to-north water diversion project, the paper presents the performance parameters of large erection and lifting equipment selected for the project, and the erection technology of large diameter PCCPs, operation points and resources configuration.
