摘要
一流的学生事务工作是"双一流"建设重要支撑,是完成社会主义大学"立德树人"使命的重要组成部分。英国高等教育成就世界瞩目,其学生事务工作具有许多先进的理念与模式。"双一流"建设背景下,中国高校学生事务工作要立足时代需求、借鉴国外先进经验,实现新时代、新变革:价值理念向"以学生为中心"和"体验至上"转变、内涵重心向支持学生学习落实、方式方法向专业化专家化精准化转向、视域格局向国际化多元化扩展、思想引领向生活化实践化倾斜。
The first-class student affairs work is an important part of the "Double First-class" construction, and it is an important support for fulfilling the fundamental task of the "Morality and People Cultivation" of the Socialist University. British higher education has achieved worldwide attention and its student affairs work has many advanced concepts and models. Under the background of "Double First-class" construction, in the new era our country’s student affairs work in universities should also be based on the needs of the times and learn from foreign advanced experience. The value concept should be upgraded to "student-centered" and "experience first" and the emphasis should be focused on supporting students’ academic learning. The implementation methods should be directed to specialization and expertization. The horizons should be expanded towards internationalization and diversification, and the guiding ideology should lean to the practical settlement of life.
