摘要
针对刮板运输机常存在的断链问题,从安装、维护、刮板链质量等方面进行原因分析,提出该故障相应的解决方案,以进一步降低刮板运输机的故障率,确保刮板运输机安全高效运行。
To solve the problem of chain breaking in scraper conveyor, this paper analyzes the causes from the aspects of installation, maintenance, scraping chain quality and so on, and puts forward the corresp on ding solution to the fault in order to further reduce the failure rate of scraper conveyor. Ensure safe and efficient operation of scraper conveyor.
