摘要
刮板输送机是目前国内外煤矿综合机械化采煤工作中使用的主要输送设备。长期以来,由于刮板输送机故障发生率高、维护工作量大、使用寿命短等原因,一直影响着综采工作面的工作效率。因此,掌握刮板输送机故障判断的基本方法,总结并分析其在煤矿生产中常出现的故障、产生原因和相应的处理措施,可以有效避免过剩检修,有利于实现对刮板输送机进行科学、合理的维修。这样做可以降低能耗,延长刮板输送机的寿命,对整个综采工作面安全、高效生产有重要的意义。
Scraper conveyor is the main conveying equipment for fully-mechanized coal-getting in international coal mines at present. Scraper conveyors have, for a long time, influenced the working efficiency of fully-mechanized workface due to their high failure rate, heavy maintaining workloads and short service life. Therefore, having a good command of the basic methods for judging the failures, summarizing and analyzing the common failure phenomena, reasons for occurrence and correspondent countermeasures in coal mine production, may effectively avoid excess repairing of scraper conveyors. It helps to realize the status repairing of the scraper conveyor. It has remarkable meaning for reducing energy consumption, lengthening the service life, and ensuring safe and effective production of the whole workface.
