摘要
采用三重四级杆串联质谱法测定棉籽粕中的农药速灭威,样品经丙酮萃取,用固相萃取柱净化后注入液相色谱串联质谱仪。该方法在(20～200) ng/ml范围内线性良好,检出限为0.1 mg/kg,定量限为0.2 mg/kg,精密度良好,对照品溶液和样品溶液放置8 h内稳定,方法平均回收率为95.23%。本方法灵敏、稳定,适用于速灭威的快速检测。
HPLC-ESI-MS/MS was used to determine the tsumacide in cottonseed meal.The sample was extracted with acetone and purified by solid phase extraction column.The method had good linearity in the range of(20-200)ng/ml,with detection limit of 0.1 mg/kg and quantitative limit of 0.2 mg/kg,good precision,stable control solution and sample solution within 8 hours,and average recovery rate of the method was 95.23%.The method is sensitive and stable,and suitable for the rapid detection of tsumacide.
