摘要 本文结合传统医院后勤问题,提出在当前医疗改革大环境下建设一站式医院后勤服务中心的必要性,结合医院的实际服务需求,建设一站式后勤服务中心系统,主要负责后勤保障部所有报告的收发及追踪相关业务情况分析。一站式医院后勤服务中心在信息化技术的支持下,能够优化服务流程,提升服务对象满意度,实现医院后勤服务的专业化管理,建设高品质的医院服务品牌。 Based on the logistic problems of traditional hospitals, this article puts forward the necessity of building one-stop hos. pital logistic service center under the current medical reform environment. According to the actual service needs of hospitals, to build the system of one-stop hospital logistic service center. It is mainly responsible for receiving all reports of the logistic support department and the analysis of related business situation. With the support of information technology, the one-stop hospital logistics service center can optimize the service process, improve the satisfaction of service objects, realize the specialized management of hospital logistics service, and build a high-quality hospital service brand.
