摘要
目的:验证中医内外合治方案治疗社区获得性肺炎在远期疗效上的优势,为临床提供确切、可靠的治疗方案。方法:选取2014年4月14日—2016年1月1日期间全国9个地区10家三甲医院完全符合方案的1391例住院肺炎患儿,采用分层区组随机的方法,对比中医内外合治方案、中医内治方案、外治方案的远期疗效优势。结果:中医内外合治、中医内治、中医外治治疗儿童社区获得性肺炎(CAP)远期疗效突出,中医外治法主要可以减少预后90 d自汗的发生,减少预后15 d患上呼吸道感染的机率;中医内治法主要可以减少预后发生低热、咳嗽、盗汗、自汗的症状。结论:中医内外合治可减少儿童社区获得性肺炎预后发生低热、咳嗽、盗汗、自汗,降低发生上呼吸道感染的发生率。
Objective: To explore the long-term effect of combined internal and external traditional herbal medicine for pneumonia in children for providing a reliable treatment protocols. Methods: A multicenter,stratified,block randomized,parallel-controlled trial was designed. The sample size was 1391 children,which recruited from ten hospitals nationwide from April 14 th,2014 to January 1 st,2016. We contrasted the long-term effect of combined internal and external traditional herbal medicine with internal traditional herbal medicine and external traditional herbal medicine. Results: The combined internal and external traditional herbal medicine group had the best long-term effect of disease. The external traditional herbal medicine can reduce spontaneous perspiration and upper respiratory tract infection rate of 90 days after treatment. The internal traditional herbal medicine can reduce low-grade fever,cough,night sweat,spontaneous perspiration and upper respiratory tract infection rate. Conclusion: Combined internal and external traditional herbal medicine can reduce the occurrence rate of low-grade fever,cough,night sweat,spontaneous perspiration and avoid upper respiratory infection after treatment.
