摘要
为研究落球冲击法对复合材料的多次冲击变化规律,采用落球冲击装置对玄武岩纤维板以及玻璃纤维板两种复合材料层合板进行了低速冲击试验研究。利用压力传感器记录了落球冲击过程中冲击载荷时程曲线,并且以此计算了位移时程曲线以及能量时程曲线。试验结果表明:落球冲击所引起的复合材料板损伤与落锤冲击损伤形态不一致,更多产生基体开裂、板体断裂等损伤形式,多次冲击对复合材料板会产生累积损伤,多次冲击以后板体的载荷峰值减小,回弹速度变小,吸收能增大。在同等冲击次数下,玄武岩纤维板的抗冲击能力会高于玻璃纤维板。试验结果说明利用落球冲击法对复合材料板的抗冲击特性进行评定是合理的。
In order to study the multiple impact variation of composite material by drop ball impact method,the low velocity impact test was carried out on basalt fiber plate and glass fiber plate using a drop ball impact device.A pressure sensor was used to record the impact load time curve during the drop of the ball,which was used to calculate the displacement time curve and the energy time history curve.The test results show that the damage form of the composite plate by drop ball impact is inconsistent with that of drop hammer impact.More damage forms such as matrix cracking and plate fracture are produced,and the multiple impact produces cumulative damage of the composite plate.After multiple impacts,the peak load of the plate decreases,the rebound velocity becomes smaller and the absorption of energy increases.Under the same impact times,the impact resistance of the basalt fiber plate is higher than that of the glass fiber plate.This research suggests that drop ball impact is a suitable method to evaluate the impact resistance of composite plate.
